[classic-discuss] apache/php configuration

hello Guys,
Good work done.i have my classic 2 server running,but
with a few problems.

1.After installing greenstone digital library and
running 
this is what i got:
You don't have permission to access
/gsdl/cgi-bin/library on this server. 403 Forbidden.
even though it has work on Fedora 2.with the same
configuration.I didnt enable any of the security
features.
2.When i tried to run Achievo,the PIM software,this is
the result:
error: [@14:06:45h] [2] session_start()
[function.session-start]:
open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_fb3j469f85pu13nk22ca9hgbg3,
O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in
/srv/www/html/achievo/atk/session/class.atksessionmanager.inc
(line 17).

This has aslo worked on FC2 and is working on
Uniserver3.2.Apart from these all the other
apache/php/mysql works well. 
what could be the problem.
